Where We Ship

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories at this time.

Handling & Processing Time

Every order goes through a rigorous quality check and packing process. Please allow 2 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, standard transit time across the USA is 5 to 8 business days. (Note: Total time from checkout to your doorstep is roughly 7 to 10 business days when factoring in our 2-day handling window).

Shipping Rates

All shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the size of your order and your exact location. You will see the final shipping cost on the checkout screen before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

As soon as we print your shipping label, our system will email you a carrier tracking number. Please give the carrier up to 24 hours to scan the package and update the initial tracking status online.

Missing or Delayed Packages

While we process everything within 2 business days, weather events or carrier volume can sometimes cause unexpected delays. If your delivery is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
